How do I track my license applications using STELA
STELA is an automated voice response system that can be accessed using a touch-tone phone. It provides applicants with the status of their license and classification applications and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To obtain information about your license application from STELA, dial (202) 482-2752 and enter the Application Control Number. Press '0' for instructions.
